For many years, I have been actively involved in exciting digitalisation projects. My experience is that close and trusting cooperation at eye level with clearly defined responsibilities leads to the best results.
I am enthusiastic about how technology facilitates processes and at the same time evolves our thinking. I don't want the latest tool, I want impact - for people, organisations and systems. I enjoy familiarising myself with new topics and industries and appreciate the energy that arises when teams not only work together, but also think together - just as we do at bloog. In the port industry, with its huge ships and cranes, people sometimes seem very small. That is precisely why they will always be at the center of my attention.

I want to enable decision-makers to understand the essence of these risks and opportunities and to act responsibly.
